How do I create a Dust Away Maid Account?

An account is automatically created when you book your first appointment. If you’re a current customer and don’t have an account email us at info@dustawaymaid.com.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Please have a look at our checklist to see what is included.

How much will it cost?

There’s no hidden fees or contract with our service. You can customize your cleaning and add all the extra you like on our booking page. You will know the price ahead of time. Get started by visiting our booking page.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We provide all of the cleaning supplies required to clean your home. If you want us to use your supplies, please let our cleaners know.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, when booking your cleaning you can customize and add any extras we offer on our booking page.

How do I log into my account?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my password?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. How do I reset my password?

Simply select the forgot password text on the bottom of our login page. If you need additional help email us at info@dustawaymaid.com

How do I change my address?

Simply login to your account and click on edit information and select address. You can also email us at info@dustawaymaid.com with your new address and we will gladly change it for you.

How do I change my credit card?

You can change your credit card by logging into your account, clicking on the payment option and selecting add new payment method.

How do I book my first appointment?

Visit our booking page. Our booking page lets you customize and schedule your cleaning in 60 seconds. However, if you feel safer talking to someone just give us a call.

Why do you need my credit card information?

We require a credit card as form of payment. You will be charged until the day of your service.

We know that allowing us into your home is a big decision. Thats why we carefully screen all of our cleaners. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We know that letting us in your home is a big decision. We treat your home as if it was our home. However, accident do happened and when they do we take full responsibility. We carry liability insurance up to $1,000,000.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Your billing information is 100% secure. We use SSL certificates to keep all your personal and billing information secure.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, all of our cleaners go through a background check.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We offer a 24 hour guarantee. If we missed something or if there is something you are not satisfied with, we will return and make it right.
